Are you creating value for your customers?

What is Value?

Desirability, Worth of a thing, Purchasing power, A bargain, and Regarded as worthy,

or right, as a belief or ideal.

How are you communicating value?

Getting something extra.Having needs satisfied.Having expectations met.Providing competitive pricing.Providing superior service.Producing higher-quality products.

How can value be created?

seating order, wait time, staff politeness, dining atmosphere,

server attentiveness, and food quality, amongst

others.

I am a Chef how can I create value?

food quality, dining atmosphere, seating-order

fairness, ambiance, prompt and courteous

service, and delicious food.

How can my restaurant create value?

Emphasize the role of service quality,

Emphasize customer satisfaction,

Emphasize customer loyalty

Emphasize social responsibility

How do value creation affect my customers?

Value creation affects customers in ways that neither the Chef nor the restaurant can ever imagine. Every dining experience is a meaningful expression of what people remember most; an engagement, a promotion, or celebrating a new birth, the restaurant and the Chef’s role are vital to the value creation.

Creating value = Acceptance

Creating value = Customer loyalty

Develop meaningful relationship with customers,

Become interested in what they value,Build trust through confidentially,Maintain integrity to core principles, andCommunicate excitement.

Creating value = Customer satisfaction

Strengthen value through understanding customers needs,

Manage value through commitment,Expand value through vision,Exceed expectation, andBe willing to accept both criticism and

compliments.

So, what is value again…

Value is not ever having to say that you are sorry for making your customers have a wonderful dining experience.

Value is not having to sweep up the floor after your customers are seated.

Value is not having the table smelling like a dirty rag.
