Tri-Con: B-1500 Crew showed great initiative towards working safe & being productive.

Thermon: Nominated for HBR Miken: B-3900 Scaffold builders completed emergency cleaning of exchanger

safely with no interruptions. Miken: A-3600 Completed shutdown safely and efficiently. TIC: B-7200 Crew recognized damage to header and safely shutdown the work. Miken: B-8400 Outstanding job of hazard recognition.

Miken: Plant A Scaffold department. 16 yrs OSHA FREE Miken: B-7200 Crew worked safely day and night for an outage. Miken Jim Thacker: A-1500 reported an electrical hazard. Miken: OC Maint Dept was recognized by OSHA as a VPP work site.
