HEART DISEASE

        

             

Which ones are the most important?  The heart, the brain and the kidney! 

Risk factors: stress, smoke, alcohol/drug abuse,

too much meat, small amount of exercise,

obesity, low fluid-intake , inflammation, hyper uric-acid, diabetes, hypertension (over

140/90 ), old age, poverty.

Cardiac events cardio-vascular problems: angina, myocardial

infarct, arrhythmias: extra systolic, atria fibrillation

and flutter myocardial dysfunction+ valvular

insufficiency, cardiac failure

Complications: anoxia, stroke, necrosis, /sudden/ death

Cerebra l disease: headache, insomnia, stroke, dementia

Kidney problems: renal dysfunction and failure (auto-intoxicate)

II. Mental well-beingRisk factors: if you stop uesing your brain -won’t learn new things (languages, skills) -won’t make new relationships-won’t take travels, etc.

Complications: no interests, immobilization, isolation, depression,

dementia

III. Spiritual well-beingVery important the faith, the belief in GodTranscendental interesting will be increased

next to finish of life. „ He loves me, helps me, covers me, I am

never alone with my problems.” (my Grandmother told me)

IV. Social well-beingThe poverty is risk-factor.The rich and well-trained people have the

longest lives.The responsibility of society and the

Government is very-very big and haevy.

She won many awards, including the Nobel Peace Price in 1979
