The graph shows the percentage of homes on each street where both these conditions are satisfied:1. The bags are properly segregated – there is no mixing of material, and each bag contains what it should.2. The bags are ready at a location in visible from outside the gate and accessible by the waste collectors.
The percentage does not include homes where:1. There is partial segregation (contents of the bags are not according to the rule), OR2. Bags are not placed ready for collection, OR3. Bags have not been given at all.
