Redesigning Milton

•Milton Road is the main thoroughfare through our g gproject area.•Current project area includes:

• Target• Michael’s• Michael s• Hasting’s• University Text & Tools• Buster’s• Roma Pizza, KFC, Arby’s• Chili’s• Cheba Hut• Stromboli’s• Stromboli s• Burger King• Chase

Existing Structures and Usesg•Currently, entire project area is retail.•Numerous disconnected retail centers•Numerous disconnected retail centers.

•Target is main focus area.• Has regional draw.

•Other businesses are mix of local and chain.

Current Infrastructure

•Roundabouts at Chambers & Riordan Ranch and University & Riordan Ranch.
