Order Process: Customer Side1. Open YND & Sign up
(Facebook and/or w/ e-mail)
3. Select restaurant, meal and payment type
2. Browse through offers
4. Restaurant receives an alert for your order and starts to prepare
your meal
5. You receive a confirmation SMS
6. One of our drivers picks up your order, restaurant confirms the pick
up and our driver delivers it at your place
7. Our driver confirms the delivery and you can enjoy your meal !

Process Outline: Order Placement & Delivery1. Start

7. Confirm order
8. Order forwarded to partner restaurant
9. Partner restaurant gets an alert for incoming order
10. Partner restaurant has 2 minutes to reject the order (5 rejections max/month)
a) If he does not reject:confirmation SMS to userOR
b) If he does reject: order is cancelled, SMS to user offering discount of 10% on the next order
11. System message generated and sent out to all drivers
12. First driver who accepts the order gets it
13. Driver starts his way to restaurant
14. Driver picks up the order
15. Restaurant confirms pickup
16. Driver delivers to consumer
17. Driver confirms end of process after delivery
18. Aftersales: satisfaction survey/ranking sent to the customer
