11. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEMEANS, METHODS AND SEQUENCES OF CONSTRUCTION ANDTHE SAFETY OF CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL AND AUTHORIZEDVISITORS.

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FABRICATE NEW FRONT COVERS FOR THE THREE REMAINING SECTIONS WHICH SEAL ENTRY AND PREVENT ANY ACCIDENTAL CONTACT WITH LIVE PARTS. CONTRACTOR WILL NEED TO USE EXISTING VENTILATION SHAFT TO MOVE LARGER EQUIPMENT IN AND OUT OF THE MECHANICAL ROOM. THIS WILL REQUIRE THE DISASSEMBLY OF THE METAL SCREEN WALL AND POSSIBLE ROAD CLOSURES.
