OLT Citations Nomination

• $10,000

• 4 page application:– 25 word citation: inform the broadest possible

audience about your work– Summary of the particular contribution and its

specific context– Statement addressing the chosen criterion and

providing evidence of the contribution

OLT Citations Nomination

• Teams include an extra page explaining the role and percentage contribution of team members

• 2 x 1 page references including head of your faculty, department, school or administrative unit

• Digital photo

OLT Citations Criteria1. Approaches to teaching and the support of

learning that influence, motivate and inspire students to learn.

2. Development of curricula, resources or services that reflect a command of the field.

3. Evaluation practices that bring about improvements in teaching and learning.

4. Innovation, leadership or scholarship that has influenced and enhanced learning and teaching and/or the student experience.

OLT Citations Assessment

Evidence of evaluation, innovation, leadership and scholarship and you have:

Influenced student learning, student engagement or the overall student experience

Gained recognition from fellow staff, the institution, and/or the broader community

Been sustained for a period of no less than 3 years (2 years for early career).

Steps to Applying

Submit Institutional Nomination Form by 27 February Speak with CUT Lecturer about choice of criterion Enrol in the Draft Writing Lock-In Session on 5 March First draft due 16 March Review panel meets 25 March Final draft due 20 April Institutional Selection Committee meets 27 April to

select nominations going to OLT (max 6) Nominations submitted to OLT on 1 May
