Paws pointed inwardAlways walking slowly!Nocturnal cat eyes glow as the large bear cat roams in the dark.Daytime dozer!A misty mountain dweller.

Bamboo eaters.EndangeredAt risk to be gone!Rare, not many out there.Shy…hiding in the shadows, but silly when they secretly, slide down in the snow.

Fantastic amphibiansRoams the lily padsOut of this world jumpersGazing at fliesSwimming in lakes for fun.

Diving deep underwaterOcean and river dwellersLocate objects underwaterPlayful mammals blow bubbles; catch and

play with seaweed.Have fins with five fingers for diving and

swimming.It comes back up for air.Newborn calves drink quick squirts of their

mother’s milk.

Captures little creaturesOoowoo…goes the coyote as he howls all night.Yippy Yips!Outdoor animalsTiptoes through the nightEveryday hunting foodSly!

Calls to alert about danger or food. Cars help them crack nuts.

Roads help them crack nuts too.Oak trees can’t break nuts, but they can

help them sleep.Wow! They’re not color blind! They know

when the light changes.
