We scan your CV to understand your education and career development. Make sure your CV includes all the relevant information. Be patient, we will need around one week to review it.

HR callLet’s talk

We invite you for a first call. The main goal is to clarify your expectations, motivation and past experience. Plan around one hour for it.

Team interviewGet to know your future team

We set up several interview calls with your future team. The team checks your professional qualifications and if you are a good cultural fit. Schedule an hour per call.

Case studyHave a peek at your daily tasks

You will get a case study carefully created by the team lead which you can do at home. The case study helps us to evaluate your skills, competences and creativity. It will take 45 mins to 3 hours and we will coordinate with you to find the best time to do the case study.

Office interviewFirst visit

You have done a great job with the case study, congrats! Now we’d like to invite you to one of our offices for face-to-face interviews. Book around 4 hours for it.

Feedback sessionRelax

When the interviews are completed, all the interviewers meet to thoughtfully evaluate your application. It might take up to a week.

Reference checkWe would like to hire you!

We ask you to share references from some of your previous managers. We want to get first-hand feedback about your achievements and validate all the good information we have received about you. Provide us with 2-3 references.

OfferCongrats!

We would like to hire you! We think you would be a great addition to our team. We send the employment offer to you. You have 3-4 days to give us feedback.

Usually the hiring process takes two to three weeks in total. You can always contact us in case you have any questions regarding your application. We are more than happy to help you.
