The Grinch tells Cindy Lou Who that a light on the Christmas tree is not working and he is going to fix the light.

He takes all of the presents, the stockings, the Christmas trees and all of their Christmas food.

Will the Whos be happy when they wake up on Christmas morning and find that Christmas is gone?

On Christmas morning the Whos are happy. They are singing.

The Grinch is surprised that the Whos are still happy. He realizes that Christmas is more than just getting presents. You can’t buy a happy Christmas.
