cost increased while marketing and salaries decreased.

• Today’s revolution is “The Mobile Internet”• IPhones know where you are.• They show you homes for sale and open

houses around you.• The IPad is the next big invention after the

internet.• Apple does not use focus groups, but rather

creates things people cannot imagine and cannot live without.

Every website must have aspects of social media like Zillow & Trulia. Anything that is not social will not be trusted. Social Media will replace current forms of delay communication. Real Live video will become a primary form of communication.

Consumers are suspicious of professional, readily accepts peer opinions.

According to Google, every 2 days we create as much information as we did from dawn of civilization to 2003. The issue is user generated content.
