THIS REGULATION IS DESIGNED TO AID MOTORTRANSPORT USERS IN PROPERLY BLOCKING ANDBRACING CARGO ON MILITARY VEHICLES. ALL UNITS WILL USE THE REGULATION AS A GUIDE TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT LOADS FOR MOVEMENT ARE LOADED PROPERLY.
