INGREDIENTS 1 sausage bratwurst 1 bottle of ketchup
1 onion 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar of Modena
2 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons curry
little cayenne powder Soybean drops
1 teaspoon of tomatoes
PREPARATION Grilling sausages. For the sauce: cut the onion very fine is fried until it becomes transparent.
Add the tomatoes, balsamic, honey, and ketchup. Let simmer a short while. Add soy and other seasonings. If the sauce is too thick you can add water. Strain all the salt and correct. The sauce is placed on top of the sausage.
