One of the greatest features about Google Drive is the ability to share content. Because the Drive is cloud based, your information is made available to you as wherever you go- even on your smart phone! This presentation teaches the basics of using the Google Drive to share information.

The Basics

Sharing Content

Select “Send Form” to begin the sharing process.

Sharing Content

Add collaborators

Add collaborators to work with managing the content of your form/file.

Google Sheets (Spreadsheets)

Input the email addresses of the individuals with who you desire to share the form/file with.

Removing/Editing Form Control

To edit or manage administrative control select the dropdown menu to change administrative settings for the individual being managed.

Adjusting Sharing Settings

To adjust the control settings (permissions), select “Change” in the Sharing Settings Menu.
