• AutomatedDispatchSystemWebisdesignedsothatnoemployeetrainingisrequired.Anintroductionvideoguidesnewusersthroughtheprocessoflogginganabsence.EachwebpagehaspromptsandHelplinkstoinstructtheemployeeonwhatinformationneedstobeentered.

• Thecodesandpromptsthatdisplayduringtheabsenceloggingprocesscanbecustomizedperemployeecategory.Forexample,youcanhaveonesetofabsencecodesavailableforselectionforTeachersandadifferentsetforSupportstaff.

• Administratorscanselectfromalistingofallemployeesthatareassignedtotheirlocationandlogorcancelabsencesontheemployees’behalf.

• Anabsentemployeecanviewupcomingabsencestoconfirmtheabsencehasbeendispatchedaswellasidentifythereplacementemployee.

• Thereplacementemployeecanviewdetailsofdispatchesandreadorlistentotheinstructionsfromtheabsentemployee.Theycanalsoviewamapshowinghowtogettotheirdispatchlocation.

• Unavailabilitydatesforreplacementemployeescanbeviewed,deletedorupdated.

• Employeeseligibleforovertimecanenterextratime.Theycanonlyenteratimerangethatisoutsideoftheirregularlyscheduledhoursandtheycanindicatewhethertheywanttheovertimepaidorbanked.

• Callsneedtobemadebyadministrativepersonnelratherthanautomated.Agoodapplicationisforschooldistrictsthatuselocation-basedcalloutinsteadofcentralcallout.
