The BMF UK CEO Steve Turnbull recently visited Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland having been invited to speak and encourage the members in the re-start of two chapters which had ceased to function.
The first chap-ter that Steven visited was Cookstown just outside Belfast.
He was hosted by Brad Turkington who has been working to re-start the chapter for some time and the visit of Stephen was the catalyst. The meeting itself was on March
17th, St Pat-rick’s Day of course, and was attended by ten men,
with five of those coming out for prayer. Let us keep this chapter in prayer to the praise and glory of His name. The second chapter was in the Wexford in the Republic of Ire-land and Bothe Steve and Brad spent the afternoon of the 19th March meeting with four brothers of the Wexford chapter discussing
the way for-ward in the Lord and his will for the chapter. The Republic is a very difficult w o r k i n g g r o u n d , steeped in religion and most re-cent controversy including the al-most collapse of the economy. The brothers need encouragement and support in their efforts. I will be visiting myself later in the year to help with the worship and moving forward of the chapter. The meet-ing on the 19th was attended by 50 people with two souls saved and twenty coming forward for prayer, Praise the Lord Again let us keep these dear brothers before the Lord in prayer as they seek to move forward in His will for the BMF in the Republic
