     MDHS  ME  TO  WE          LEADERSHIP  PROGRAM            a  pilot  project  for  Canada  

 APPLICATION  PROCESS    PERSONAL  PROFILE-­‐  There  are  two  parts  to  the  Personal  Profile:    

Part  A:  Video  Clip  -­‐  Create  a  3  minute  video  clip:      

•  Tell  us  what  makes  you  a  unique  person  who  has  demonstrated  leadership  and/or              social  awareness  in  your  life  (please  be  yourself  –  we  want  to  know  who  you  are)  •  Tell  us  how  you  are  ready  to  take  on  the  challenges  of  ME  to  WE  Leadership  Program              to  develop  your  personal  growth  throughout  high  school  (again,  be  yourself).    Part  B:  Written  Submission  -­‐  Complete  a  1  page  typed  description:    

•  Share  with  us  what  you  believe  to  be  one  of  the  most  important  social  justice  issues  of              our  world  today  and  how  you  believe  you  could  help  address  this  concern.  •  Share  with  us  why  you  would  be  a  perfect  candidate  for  this  program  and  what  you              hope  to  learn  (please  feel  free  to  share  with  us  your  personal  leadership  experiences  in              school,  extra-­‐curricular  activities  and/or  community  service).    DEADLINES
