What You will Need: Latex Balloons - Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, White & Black Scissors Tape
Cut out pieces and tape them onto your Balloons - That is it!!
Tip: Black Bird - add a piece of Cardboard to the back of the thingy that goes on top of his head so it stands up.
