Rural Training Track Technical Assistance Demonstration Program

• Part of President’s Improving Rural Health Care Initiative

• Three-year cooperative agreement with NRHA (RAC, WWAMI RHRC, NOSORH

• Better understand challenges for family medicine RTT (“1+2”) residency programs

• Target policy and technical assistance to improve viability and fill rates of existing programs and to establish new programs

• Funding to augment recruitment efforts
