• Before turning in for the night, sort out your calendar

• Have notes ready for calls and meetings

• No need to go in depth, but its good having a clear goal going into the work day

Don’t forget your lunch either: make a healthy meal the night before so you don’t graze on unhealthy snacks during the day.

• You need adequate sleep to crank through the day

• A good rule of thumb is to try and log 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

• Turn off your electronic devices about an hour before bed. All that extra light really messes with your brain.

• Start off with some kind of activity, whether it be a strenuous workout or walking the dog.
