PART TWO 5
You can start this goal setting workbook at any time in the year, which is why youget to choose the quarter and the month you'd like to begin with. Depending on the time of year, choose which quarterly goal you'd like to focus onfor the next 3 months (quarter 1, 2, 3 or 4) How can you break that one quarter goal into 3 smaller goals, each month, in thatquarter? Example: Quarter 1 is January-March. So I'd break my Quarter 1 goal into ninetotal goals for that quarter, 3 goals/month.
Break EACH quarterly goal into NINE monthly goalsThe next 12 pages will give you room to detail out the goals of each month!

PART FIVE 31
You did it!
Schedule EVERYTHING: Schedule it all in your calendar. Schedule when to begin a task, when it’s due, when you want to complete a goal by, etc. Having a schedule in place can help you stay on top of things a lot more smoothly.
Avoid OVERCOMMITMENT: When you look back on what you’ve written down in this workbook, make sure that these are realistic goals that can actually be completed. It’s also important to schedule them accordingly in your calendar. For example, if you know you’re taking time to travel in May, don’t force your goals to be completed before you leave. Be realistic, and stay true to your current commitments.
The 5 SECOND RULE: It’s normal for us to feel a bit lazy or to lack motivation. The main focus is to develop enough self-discipline to stay committed to the goals you’ve set for yourself. I HIGHLY recommend putting to practice The 5 Second Rule that’ll help and encourage you to stay persistent. You can check out the Youtube video on how to implement the 5 Second Rule in your life here. You can also check out my experience using the 5 Second Rule in my blog post detailing it out here too!
Let's talk next steps...
The whole point of the workbook wasn’t to have you simply write everything down without having anyactionable steps to help you remain consistant. Writing them down helped you have a tangible strategy, buttaking legitimate action is what will push you to accomplishing your attainable goals. So here's what I recommend as your additional, next steps:
I hope this workbook helped you realize that you CAN and that you WILL achieve your deepest aspirations. Anew season of your life is here. A new you is developing. It’s time.
You got this! - Angel Marie, yourbeautyinthemaking.com
