Direction de la Valorisation DV INRA
•Launched in 2001, directly depending on the general board of INRA.
•An original integrated economical model, active since 2003 : dynamic balance between the revenues of royalties collected by two private subsidaries INRA Transfert Inc and Agri Obtentions Inc and the expenses invested by INRA for the protection of the intellectual property, the incentive measurements for the financial return to innovative scientists, collective return to the scientific units, and financing of the services ordered by INRA and achieved by its subsidaries.
•A unique management integrated by DV INRA for the two INRA units DV UCPI and DV DPE and the two subsidaries IT and AO.
•A double network of skills for the negociation of contracts : public partnership in the 21 regional centers, private partnership in the 14 scientific departments.
