Founded June 1968; with an initial share capital of £5,000 which has grown to an authorized Share Capital of NGN2 Billion.

With steady and sustained growth, MORPOL has emerged as an EPC Contractor for medium to large EPC turnkey projects with capability of executing EPC projects of up to USD 300M in the Oil &Gas and Power infrastructure sectors.

Relationship with foreign principals and strategic alliances with local and international technical partners have helped in the growth and capacity development of core competencies.

ABOUT MORPOL

Our past: Established 1968 as a trading company and evolved to an industrial procurement company.

Our present: Morpol is an established and recognized EPC contractor, executing mainly pipeline works, but also brownfield and greenfield oil and gas facilities . Turnover has grown to almost N7 Billion, workforce of about 400 and 15% PBT, N3 Billion backlog and in excess of N5 Billion assets

Our Future:: Our vision for the future is to create an integrated EPC contractor operating in in the oil, gas and power sectors with a workforce of 1500 people, 15% PBT, N40 Billion backlog and N15Billion assets.
