Tis the season to catch up with your loved ones and friends!
Make spending time with family and friends a priority. All work and no play can lead to a very stressful holiday season.
Tip: Schedule time to leave work at a reasonable time at least 2 days a week.
Create a realistic to-do list.
Be sure to list tasks that you absolutely have to accomplish.
Tip: Evaluate the importance of optional task.
Don’t wait until the last minute to complete year end
reports.
I’m not sure about you but, if I wait until the last minute I’m prone to make
a mistake or two.
Celebrate
Celebrate what you’ve accomplished throughout the year.
Tip: Take time to reflect upon everything that you’ve accomplished big and small!
