15 Days of ProductivityBy Weekdone goal setting app
Postponing is easy
(and stressful). By doing
uncomfortable things first,
you can increase your
confidence and decrease
stress.
And so the squirrels started their work, lifting big acorns and doing hard tasks first.
The squirrels were quite busy with so many tasks, but which ones to do first, one may ask?
Day 1 — Do the things you hate doing first

They filled up a calendar with all of their plans, and now soon success would be in their hands.
The squirrels had their goals, but organization was needed. The advice of the owl would surely be heeded.

Your quality of work, and
concentration decline by
30% when you’re sleepy.
You’ll get a lot less done
when you don’t sleep
enough.
By getting some sleep the squirrels felt much better, and were able to go about their work unfettered.
Using a coee IV the squirrells tried to survive, but it was not good for their health and no way to thrive.
Day 4 — Get enough sleep

Before taking action
make plans on how you
will get things done. Keep
a to-do list of your daily
and weekly plans.
For sharing their plans, they set up weekly reporting. With that settled they could get back to acorn sorting.
With the month figured out, the squirrels needed help with their week. Surely the owl could get that on fleek.

Organize your plans by
importance. Mark which
ones you need to get
done and do those first.
The squirrels sat down and reviewed their most pressing matters, and marked o which tasks needed done faster.
There was so much to do with the squirrels were busy working away, but some important tasks were being left at bay.

Mark your accomplishments
and progress as you go.
Crossing items off a to-do
list feels great and
motivates you to get more
done.
With tasks being done they crossed o their lists. Now surely, none of their success would be missed.
The squirrels were confused about what they had done. The owl had the perfect advice for this one.

The squirrels closed their apps and got back to work, knowing that SquirrelFeed quizzes should never come first.
On Squirrelbook the squirrels were scrolling away, the owl saw the problem and stepped in to say “HEY!”

First thing to do is to figure
out, what's important to get
results. Do tasks you need to
do, only do tasks that would
be nice to do if you have
extra time.
After doing big tasks based on the owl’s advice, they managed to find time for a few smaller things that were nice.
The squirrels were quite lost with so many things to do,but which ones to do first was something they wish they knew.
Day 9 —Do only important tasks

The highest-performing
10% of workers tend to
work for 52 minutes
followed by a 17-minute
break.
The squirrels had their coee, and some had their tea, they realized rested and refocused was the way to be.
With no time to rest their work had bebadgan to suer, they need a way to stop things from getting rougher.
Day 10 —Take regular breaks
Multitasking can drop
productivity as much as
40%. Try and focus on one
task at a time.
Learning that multitasking is a crime, the squirrels buckled down and only did one task at a time.
With emails, reports, and acorns the squirrels were quite busy, but doing so much at once had put their heads in a tizzy.
Day 11 —Don’t multitask. Ever

ACTION PLAN
Review your plans and
goals. See what you still
have to do and come up
with an action plan to get
it done.
The squirrels met up to have a meeting, with an action plan morale was up and soon their fears were fleeting.
The squirrels had done a lot, but the holidays were near. Now it was crunch time and their anxiety turned to fear.

Give your brain a rest after
a period of heavy mental
focus. If you just spent 2-3h
on a high focus task,
recharge by taking on a
low-focus task.
By switching between tasks, both high and low,the squirrels now could get back in the flow.
Having focused so hard the squirrels thought their heads might explode,so the owl shared some advice to lighten the load.

The squirrels discussed their success with a quick OKR chatter. Now it was time for the holidays and to spend it with people who matter.
With all their task completed there was little left to do,the owl shouted out “It’s time for the quarterly review!”
