Cost
$30.00 for a 10 x 10 space, including a 3 x 6 display table and two chairs. This fee applies to
only one artist per booth. An additional $30 deposit will apply to all artists. This will be
returned to you on May 22 at 4 pm only if you stay forall three days of the event. There will bend
no sales commissions paid by the artist. All spaces measure 10 x 10 and artists must bring their
own material for displaying/hanging purposes considering that there will be no nailing to the
walls allowed. Easels, stands, chicken wire and free standing ply-wood racks work great for your
displays.
Outdoor spaces will be provided for artists who own a canape. If you are interested in an outdoor
space and own your own canape, you will need to bring your work into the building overnight
for security purposes and re-setup the next morning. Outdoor spaces are also $30.00, measure 10
x 10, including a 3 x 6 display table and two chairs. You may contact Marisela for further details
on outdoor displays.
We are asking for all artists to sculpt, paint, or perform live for the public on a on and off basis
throughout the show. Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Setting-up Information
Friday May 20, between 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm; Please arrive before 4:00 pm so you can set up
your space as early as possible. If you have a scheduling conflict, please contact Marisela or
Deon for an earlier set-up time.

(Glenwood St is located off of Cecil, next to Starbucks Caf and you need to continue on that
road til you hit The Delano Center a sign will be posted during the event. It is right next to the
railroad tracks and you may enter the parking gated area to set up your space. After you have
finished your set-up, you will then need to move your vehicle into the non-gated area).
Payment
To pay for registration and deposit, please make your $60 check payable to Marisela Oropeza.
Payments are to be postmarked on or before May 14th, 2011. Please mail to:

Remember that your $30 deposit will be returned to you on May 22 at 4 pm only if you stay fornd
all three days of the event.
Security
Overnight security will be provided for indoor artisans all buildings will be locked soon after
10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday night. In case of a loss, however, there will be noinsurance/liability for any losses to the artist.
Remember, if you are interested in an outdoor space, you will need to bring your work into the
building overnight for security purposes and re-setup the next morning.
During the times of the event, you the artist, shall be responsible for the safety of your own
artwork. All artists booths must be supervised throughout the three day event. The Delano
Center, including the organizers of the Delano Arts Festival are not responsible for any
losses whatsoever.
ArtistsAll artists are responsible to reply to all State and Federal laws in the event of a sale. For your
own benefit, please comply with these regulations while participating in the Delano Arts Festival.
An additional feature to all participating artists includes your artist name/entity publicized in the
yellow pages, newspapers or radio broadcastings.

Potluck
On Sunday, May 22 , we will be having a potluck on a VIP Artist Lounge, which will bend
reserved for the artists, musicians and dancers. There will be 2 banquet tables set up thatmorning to share with the participants that made this event possible. You can bring cheese and
crackers, fried chicken, pasta, salads, veggies/chips and dip, fruit, assorted desserts, drinks, etc.
