Best BuyLocated on the product tag, the QR code sends users to the product on Best Buy’s website, enabling customers to see product reviews and information.

Bluefly.comAppearing on Bravo, the QR code takes users to an exclusive “Closet Confessions” episode on Bluefly.com, a popular online retailer for designer clothes.

JetBlueLocated on NYC subways, this QR code prompts users to enter JetBlue’s winter giveaway when scanned. The QR code is located in the left hand corner of larger code.

Calvin KleinLocated on NYC billboards, the QR code takes users to an exclusive 40-second Calvin Klein commercial, which can be shared by viewers on their social networks after watching.

Cellar KeyLocated on certain wines, consumers can scan these codes to view additional information about the wine, including flavors, color, aromas, and production statistics. They can also browse food pairings and reviews as well as share the wine brand with others.

American EagleAs part of a holiday promotion, American Eagle offered a 15% off discount to customers who scanned the QR code located on their ads.

Odd Future on Jimmy FallonOn his show, Jimmy Fallon used a QR code to promote the band “Odd Future,” whose website and videos open when users scan the code.

Frito-LayFrito-Lay’s print ad features a QR code that sends viewers to their mobile site, where users can choose to view a video or a featured recipe.

New York City BuildingsPosted on NYC construction permits, these QR codes allow users to view what is being built, the name of the builder, and any complaints that have been filed when scanned.

The Big WildThe Big Wild, a Canadian conservation group used a QR code campaign to get people to sign a petition to save Flathead River Valley in British Columbia. The posters appeared across Canada, prompting users to sign a mobile-friendly petition.

New York City BuildingsWhen consumers opt for shipping in a used box on certain websites, they can scan the QR code on the box to open a page where they enter their zip code and explain how they received the box. After entering this information, the customer can view where else the box has traveled.

EsquirePlaced next to featured clothing in Esquire Magazine, these QR codes open to a page where customers can view and purchase the item.

NikeAppearing on Nike storefronts in Belgium, these QR codes allow the user to “Like” Nike’s running challenges on Facebook.

TerramarOuterwear company Terramar added QR codes to their outdoor ads, which prompt users to enter their email addresses and mailing information. Just for registering, Terramar sends each QR code user a free poster.

Smyth JewelersMGH developed a holiday campaign for Smyth Jewelers in which they released one deal per day for 15 days, available exclusively to customers who scanned a QR code that appeared on the store building.
