Number of consultants: order to fulfil the minimum requirements for PCOE certification,
VARs that want to support SAP HANA must have at least 2 support consultants with the
following certifications
Support Consultant Message Processor certifications
may be covered by support consultants within an existing
PCOE, i.e. the C_HANASUP_1 certified consultants do
not have to hold the C_BOSUP_90*.
* For partners with an existing PCOE, support consultant C_BOSUP_90 or
C_PXSUP_90 certifications will also be accepted. This exception is only
valid until 31 December 2014 or until the partner’s next recertification is due.

3 hour exam

SAP HANA Test Systems for HANA Support Authorization
Test Systems
• Verified remote connection with SAP Support network
• Operational and demonstrated to SAP
• Reflecting the standard product/release of customer base
Requirement
• The partner requires a SAP HANA test system at partner side for HANA
Support Authorization, disregarding if a HANA customer exists or not
• The test system should be used to set up SAP Solution Manager
requirements for HANA (see following slides)
The SAP HANA test system can be located in the Cloud or on VMWare
As long as you can set up your SAP Solution Manager to monitor that HANA test
system
That would assume you have access to the SAP HANA server to do so (contact your
Cloud/VMWare provider)

3. Check Installation/ Security/ Master/ Upgrade & Update Guides, as well as Sizing Toolkit for SAP Solution
Manager 7.1 on the SAP Support Portal
4. Request License Key in SAP Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com/LICENSEKEY)
