On 31st March 2017, the secretariat relocated to a new

office complex located on plot 1658, Clovis Road, Kiwatule,

Block 220, Kazinga channel Zone, Nakawa Division. The

spacious premises will enable the secretariat to carry out

the programme's work and serve Chapter members in

Uganda more effectively. AMICAALL members are welcome

to come and share experiences on the urban health and HIV

responses.

Central to our dissemi-

nation of information

and awareness creation

in regards to HIV/AIDS,

NCDs, WASH and SRHR is

social media. Through

Facebook and Twitter,

we are able to update

and engage our followers

on the subjects men-

tioned above as well as

our activities in the

various communities.

In the First Quarter of

2017, the pages have

gained a reach of over

50,000 and acquired

over 400 new follow-

ers. The photos and

posts attract com-

ments from followers

expressing their views

about the programme
