Amazing Israel Adventure April 24 - May 6, 2022

“It is a land that drinks rain from heaven.”We can’t wait to share our favorite place in the entire world – Amazing Israel - with you! This WOW trip is for men and women and is being carefully planned with your safety and comfort in mind. The Bible will come to life in fresh ways as you experience it on location, seeing prophecy fulfilled, and visiting with fellow believers in Israel.

Israel is a very diverse and beautiful country and the “apple of God’s eye” (Zechariah 2:8). We will travel to Haifa in the north, east to the Sea of Galilee north to the Golan Heights, south to the Dead Sea and then up to Jerusalem, the city of our King! Jerusalem is the “center of the nations” (Ezekiel 5:5) and it is a city like no other. Jerusalem is where our Lord Jesus suffered, was crucified, and was raised from the dead and ascended into heaven. He will return there when His feet stand on the Mount of Olives (Zechariah 14:4) and He enters Jerusalem again via the Eastern Gate. Can you imagine seeing these places and many more with your own eyes? You will experience the Bible in “3D” and living color!

While we will visit many incredible sites, we will also take time to visit with believers living there, learning from them, worshipping together and praying for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6). Building relationships with people who live in the land enriches our perspective, giving us a greater under-standing of the times in which we live and what we are to do in this hour!

Whether it’s your first time there or you’ve been to Israel many times, God unveils more of His heart with each visit. There’s always more to learn and experience! Your amazing adventure of a lifetime begins with a transatlantic departure from JFK in New York on April 24, 2022. Upon arrival in Tel Aviv, Israel, we will be welcomed to the Holy Land at Ben Gurion Airport by our exceptional guide and driver. We will enjoy a drive to northern Israel where we will overnight in beautiful Haifa for two nights. You will enjoy the gorgeous views of the area.

Days 1 & 2: Sunday & Monday

Day 3: Tuesday After a full Israeli breakfast we will visit Caesarea, a city founded by Herod the Great and the headquarters of Pontius Pilate. A stop at a Roman Aqueduct and then up to Mt. Carmel, the sight of Elijah’s conflict with the prophets of Baal. Incredible scenery awaits us here as we see the Valley of Armageddon below and visit Megiddo with excavations that reveal the ruins of 25 cities dating back to 3500 BC. Our day will end visiting fellow believers in the land and blessing women and children in a shelter on Mt. Carmel.

Day 4: Wednesday Our day will begin with a visit to Mt. Precipice in Nazareth and Nazareth Village, an authentic reproduction of life in the first century where we will enjoy a delicious lunch. We will take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, and visit Magdala, Tabgha, Capernaum and the Mount of Beatitudes. We will be overnighting at a lovely kibbutz right on the Sea of Galilee where you can also take time for a swim and some relaxation.

Much breath-taking scenery awaits us as we visit Mount Arbel and then travel to the southern base of Mount Hermon where we will find the head waters of the Jordan River and the beautiful waterfall at Banias. Going to Tel Dan will take us back in time 4,000 years as we see the ruins of Abraham’s Gate. We will also visit Caesarea Philippi where Peter confessed Jesus to be “The Christ”. Dinner and worship with believers in the land.

Day 5: Thursday

Day 6: Friday Today will begin with baptisms in the Jordan River for those that wish to experience it! Then we drive down the beautiful Jordan Valley where you will witness how God has been restoring the land over the last century. We will visit Bet She’an, a magnificent ancient Roman and Byzantine City. Then it’s up to Jerusalem, the City of our King, on our way to Bethlehem where David and Jesus were born. We will have time to visit the Shepherd’s Fields, enjoy lunch and shopping. Our day will conclude with the start of Shabbat.

Day 7: Saturday JERUSALEM - the City of our KING! This day starts on the Mt. of Olives and the beautiful Garden of Gethsemane with 2,000 year old olive trees. We will take time for personal reflection in this place where Jesus sweat drops of blood. We will see Caiphas’ house, where Peter denied Jesus. Mount Zion and parts of the Old City in the afternoon. An optional “extra” is a trip to a House of Prayer overlooking Jerusalem where we will pray “on location”!

Stepping back to the time of King David, we will visit ancient Jerusalem, and ascend to Mt. Moriah, where the First and Second Temples stood. We will visit the Ophel Excavations and study the scriptures on the southern steps. You may put your prayer requests on slips of paper in the Western Wall as so many people have done over the years. Our day will conclude with a poignant visit to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum.

Day 8: Sunday

Today we will visit the Jewish Quarter and the Temple Mount learningabout the significance of this site historically, in our present day and prophetically. We will see Stephen’s Gate which Israeli paratroopers came through during the Six-Day War in 1967, re-uniting Jerusalem. We will see the Pools of Bethesda. Walking through the old city on the Via Dolorosa on our way to the Antonia Fortress, we will remember Jesus’ journey to Golgotha as we walk through the Damascus Gate. Our day will conclude in the Garden Tomb where we will share a special time of fellowship and communion.

Day 9: Monday

Day 10: Tuesday After departing Jerusalem we head for the beautiful Dead Sea Region where we will spend our last two nights. We will hike in the Nature Reserve of Ein Gedi where David hid from Saul, and visit Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. The Dead Sea is one of the 7 “Wonders of the World”. Enjoy a variety of optional spa treatments (additional cost) at the beautiful Dead Sea hotel and float in its world renowned waters.

Ascending to mighty Masada in a cable car, we will explore this incredible site with majestic views of the Dead Sea and the mountains of Moab. We will enjoy some relaxation time around the Dead Sea and have a delicious farewell dinner, reflecting on the wonderful experiences we have shared. On Thursday night we will depart for the airport for our return flight home to the USA!
