o LG Hausys has passed TS16949 system certification, but the effectiveness of TS16949 system is still a problem, the actual execution and system documents have larger gap, specific problems are as below:
›Frequency of internal system audit is not enough, can not find the problem in time.›Process audit is not implemented effectively.›Mistake proofing of production line is without verification.›The team didn’t get sufficient training, control plan was non-conforming.

o Our consultants provided a fully set of training of 6Sigma method(DAMIC) and lean tools(5S,Takt Time etc.) to clients.
o Through training, optimize clients’ manufacturing process, improve work efficiency, increase tact time, achieve the goal of production
cost down.
o 6Sigma method is a set of very practical tools, we coach trainees’ specific project , during project ongoing, give necessary pressure to
the trainees to push trainees upright learning attitude, guarantee the training effect.
o Test and certificate the trainees.
