Drinking system
The TEXHA company offers a reliable, effects and easy-to-use drinking system. It includes the water treatment unit, the system of distribution of water on batteries and drinking lines for each tier:- water treatment unit consists of filter, water flow meters, mediators, locking valves, pressure gauges (water pressure regulators can be instated on request);- the drinking line is equipped with 8 nipple drinkers of vertical action with drop catchers;- drinking nipples are factory mounted in square section plastic pipe by special equipment providing high quality of assembly and connection tightness;- 5.8 m long pipes are used to reduce the number of connections.

Production Association TEXHA developed the cape equipment for laying hens in accordance with the Euro-pean norms concerting the cage maintenance of birds and United States certification.
Feeding system
In alternative system for laying hens “Baltika-2” the feeding of
birds is carried out by an auto-matic system of chain feed
distribution, use of which maximizes the feeding space. The distribution of feed on through is carried out by a flat steel chain with a special design link. Feed from the hopper
enters the trough. After that it is captured by the chain
links and evenly distributed throughout the feed trough of
the battery.
Egg collection system
The TEXHA company offers either lift or elevator eggs collecting system.
Advantages:- due to almost total automation of the
process labor costs are significantly reduced and birds’ stress is mini-mized.- shaded nest with curtain designed for privacy of a hen during laying IMPRoves its emotional health and productivity;
- the slope of a lattice of the floor in a cage is 70, which allows an egg to
slide easily into the egg collector tray;- the shield of galvanized steel protects
the egg from being pecked.
Manure removal systemManure removal system in TEXHA's cage equipment includes the following com-ponents: manure cleaning polypro-pylene belt, homing and tension stations, transverse conveyor, inclined conveyor.Advantages:- belt is made of high quality 0,4 inch polypropylene;- the outside of the bell is cleaned with a scraper made of wear-resistant material, on the inside - by a screw conveyor roller;- manure removal is made by electric motors at once from all tiers (I motor for 4 tiers);- moisture content of removed manure does not exceed 65%.

Automation
TEXHA Company offers microclimate control system for poultry houses. The system consists of:- poultry house heating system*;- input exhaust ventilation system; - incoming air moistening system;- controller to maintain constant microcli-mate. The system makes possible to regulate and control automatically the temperature, content of carbon dioxide, air humidity at the poultry house.*this component of the microclimate system is supplied if it is required, depending on geographical location (a climate zone) of the poultry house and the type of the equipment.

of aviary from 0 to 100 X on all period of poultry management.
