4) Buyer signs and return back to Seller

5.) SELLER RECEIVES SIGNED CONTRACT FROM THE BUYER AND DEPOSITS THE CONTRACT ALLONG WITH THE 50 KG OF GOLD AT THE MINISTRY OF MINES SAFE KEEPING DEPARTMENT PENDING APPROVAL.

6) MINISTRY OF MINES CARRIES OUT SAFEKEEPING PROCESS FOR 2 DAYS AND ON THE 3rd DAY SELLER MAKES PAYMENTOF 100% SAFE KEEPING FEE TO THE MINISTRY OF MINES SAFE KEEPING DEPARTMENT.

MINISTRY PREPARES GOODS FOR TRANSPORTION TO A GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZE FREIGHT AND EXPORT AGENCY, DURING THIS PROCESS THE MINISTRY DEMANDS A CEMAC BUYERS PERMIT FROM THE BUYER. BUYER WILL PURCHASE ONE FROM THE MINISTRY


IF THEY CAN'T PROVIDE ONE. AFTER COMFIRMATION OF PERMIT FROM BUYER, FREIGHT AND EXPORT AGENCY WILL COLLECT GOODS PRO TO SHIPMENT.

7) CONTRACT IS BEING APPROVED THESAME DAY AND ALL DOCUMENTS FROM THE MINISTRY FORWARDED TO BOTH THE BUYER AND THE SELLER FOR THE EVENTUAL TRANSPORTATION OF THE GOLD TO THE BUYERS DESTINED REFINERY.

8) Freight and Export agency get in contact with buyer with all shipping Documents 9) Gold BARS shipped to buyer’s destined port accompany by sellers Attorney or sellers representative. 10) Gold bars Receive by buyer in the presence of seller’s representative 11) Payment release to sellers Bankers via TT within 4- 7 working days after the final assay report at buyer’s refinery.
