be NO meeting for the month of September 2020.

Watch your email for upcoming Zoom meetings.

All providers are welcome. Members - free, Non-members - $10.00, cash only.

*Participants must sign in at the beginning of each meeting, be present for

entire meeting & stay until the closing of each meeting to earn credit hours.

No certificates will be issued after original meeting date.

PPRFCCA Policy: In accordance with the PPRFCCA liability insurance policy, no children under 18 years of age will be invited to attend meetings or conferences/workshops. We appreciate your understanding & consideration of others at these events.

**Please note - all Membership meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of odd numbered months. If you question the exact date listed, consult your calendar.

Inclement Weather Guidelines

Here are some things to remember if we have bad weather on a meeting day: We do not follow School District 11 schedule. If Holy Cross Church closes, there will not be a meeting. Check the KKTV 11 news runner. Check the PPRFCCA website and Face Book page. Please refrain from posting on Face Book before PPRFCCA announces. If you have not seen anything posted by 4PM the day of the meeting and you are concerned,

call your referral coordinator. Depending on the scheduled training, the meeting may or may not be rescheduled.

COVID-19 GUIDANCE

Can I go to school today?

At-home symptom screening for parents and staff

Parents and guardians can use these symptom checklists to determine when to keep their child at home based on the level of COVID-19 transmission in their community (e.g. Is the community in Protect Your Neighbor or Safer at Home or Stay at Home). School staff can also use this tool to determine if they need to stay at home. Any student or staff diag-nosed with COVID-19 or who is a close contact of a COVID-19 case should not go to school and should isolate or quarantine according to public health recommendations. These lists refer only to new symptoms or a change in usual symptoms. A student/ staff should not be kept home for usual symptoms they experience due to a chronic condition un-less they are worse than usual. These guidelines are in addition to your regular school guid-ance (for example, a child with vomiting should also not attend school based on usual school guidance).

If your child is/ you are experiencing any potentially life-threatening symptoms please call 911. Low Community Transmission (Protect Your Neighbors): If any of the following symptoms are present, keep the child at home/ stay at home, inform the school of symptoms, and reach out to a health care provider about COVID-19 testing and next steps for treatment.

Feeling feverish, having chills, or temperature 100.4℉ or higher. New or unexplained persistent cough. Shortness of breath. Difficulty breathing. Loss of taste or smell. Sustained Community Transmission (Safer at Home or Stay at Home): If any of the following symptoms are present, keep the child at home/ stay at home, inform the school of symptoms, and reach out to a health care provider about COVID-19 testing and next steps for treatment.
