PLACEMENT OF ORDER Any order placed by you via phone, email, or in person is an offer to purchase a particular product or service for the stated price (including delivery and other charges) specified at the time you place your order. Orders are based on the minimum number of guests and increments listed on each package. All orders must be secured at the time of order with a valid credit card number (Visa & MasterCard only).

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERWe reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, such as unavailability of product or service, an error in the price of the product or service, or an error in your order. As there may be reasons why Carmen’s Catering cannot fulfill your order, your contract with us will only come to existence when an acceptance of your order and receipt of payment has been confirmed.

PRICINGPrices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on Carmen’s Catering website and catering material are current at the time of publication. These prices are subject to change without notice. All prices subject to HST.

PAYMENTSCarmen’s catering accepts VISA, Master Card, Cheque. Payments can be made at the time of pickup or delivery when secured by a valid credit card (Visa & MasterCard). No cash payments. INVOICES/RECEIPTSAt the end of the payment process you will be presented with a receipt and an invoice at the point of pick up or delivery for taxation purposes.

CANCELLATIONIf you need to cancel an order, please contact Carmen’s Catering immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Orders can be cancelled 48 hours without any penalties. Otherwise, client to pay in full.

DELIVERYA delivery fee will apply based on the geographic area of service.

DISPOSABLESDisposable items are available at an additional cost of $1 + HST per person. This includes paper napkins, disposable plates, plastic forks and knives, and plastic serving utensils.

SERVICEService, setup & cleanup staff are available at an additional cost. Please inquire for more information.
