The scholarship is valid initially for the period mentioned in last column, extendable for the

duration of study left subject to satisfactory performance of the students. The F.A.O reserves the

right to withdraw/cancel the scholarship (as per HEC directives) if the information provided by

the students in their application forms were found incorrect at any stage of their studies.

Each head of the department/chairperson/director of institute are required to make separate file

for each selected student of their department/institute/Faculty and maintain it properly (the

selection status, previous exams results etc) and furnish the record (if required by F.A.O) at any

time course of scholarship.
