TBD TBDThe 14 hectare park will serve as a public recreational park and will incorporate a nature conservation resource centre where residents of the community can learn more about the necessity for taking personal responsability for human impacts on the environment. In addition, the green areas will serve as a sink for carbon-dioxide, and improve local air quality, while the waste material recovery component will ensure less dependence on virgin raw materials.

One facility already completed, but functioning below installed capacity. Another is proposed to address the design challenges of the operationnal MRFAdvanced planning stage. To utilize organic rich (>90%) waste from MRF activities. Funding difficulties

Terms agreed with technology providers to utilise residual waste from MRF as fuel for electricity generation through a fast pyrolysis process. Technology is deployable as small, medium or large scale as captive power. On-going negociation with large institutions (general hospital, uni-versity, residential estate) to procure the generating sets. Technology to be demonstrated, by powering operations of the MRF
