Welcome to ASCEND International. Our network recognizes and commissions fivefold leaders in both the church and the marketplace to advance the kingdom of God and bring transformation to society. Alignment is the biblical process of joining like minded people together to accomplish a cause that can only be fulfilled by effectively joining together. The mission of ASCEND International is to reach one million souls together by the year of 2025.

Commissioning is the method Jesus chose when he sent his apostles into world. Commissioning releases spiritual authority. This results in a greater anointing, spiritual power and success in the sphere that God calls us to reach. It is a common testimony from all our members that they have experienced great multiplication and breakthrough in their ministries and business after aligning with us.

As you read this prospectus, qualified leaders can officially align with ASCEND International immediately. We conduct the commissioning of our new members at large worship gatherings which take place a couple of times a year. In this way we will honor you in the midst of your new family. If you are currently leading and need further credentials, we can work with you to provide this.

1. ASCEND International is our apostolic network which hosts fivefold leaders, local churches, orphanages, and more. We are aligned with HIM led by Apostle Che Ahn and Global Spheres led by Apostle Chuck Pierce. These relationships allow all of our ASCEND members to have spiritual impartation from these two powerful networks. We all participate together in key gatherings around the world throughout the year.

2. ASCEND International University is the training and equipping arm of our apostolic center. We have micro-campuses all around the world as we continue to raise up leaders to fulfill our million soul mandate. We encourage all our members to continue their education through our university. 3. Skyway Church is the vibrant functioning apostolic church functioning within our apostolic center. Our apostolic church is committed to the vision of HEAL TRAIN SEND as we preach the gospel of the kingdom and see lives within the community transformed. Many commissioned leaders find encouragement and rest here when they live in the greater Phoenix area. Others stop in and visit when their schedules allow. Skyway Church has given over $1.25 M of financial support to ministries within ASCEND International in the last ten years.

4. Skyway Apostolic Center is led by Greg Brown, an individual who has the spiritual gift of an apostle. This apostle leads the apostolic center with an apostolic team which is made up of individuals operating in the many diverse spiritual gifts necessary to oversee the vast work in the apostolic center. Apostles know how to relate properly with all five ascension gifts and connect people into proper position. They have spiritual authority and ability to build things others cannot build and to establish breakthrough into new regions.

5. Every local church is not an apostolic center. In the early New Testament Church, the apostles and apostolic teams were responsible to set the local leadership in place wherever new churches were planted. The titles of these leaders in the bible include, pastor, elder and bishop. These individuals demonstrate spiritual gifts of a fivefold minister. In the setting of a local church they are overseeing the family of God by providing spiritual care and biblical training.

6. Local churches should be in alignment with the apostolic centers. This allows the leaders of the local church access to the many different ministry teams which flow in and out of the apostolic center. The local leader who is aligned with the apostle, is able to request help to equip the saints at the local church location. In this way the local church pastor and congregation does not feel left alone. Every church is connected and a part of what God is doing in a larger context.

1. ASCEND International commissions fivefold ministry leaders in both the Church and the Marketplace. These leaders demonstrate calling character and success in their given realm of authority.

2. Jesus demonstrated the principle of commissioning when He chose and sent the twelve apostles. He chose them as apostles, or those sent to establish the power and message of the Kingdom of God in the communities of people living on the earth.

3. When a leader is commissioned there is an increase in spiritual authority, anointing and expansion of spiritual influence. This should be utilized to advance the Kingdom of God on all seven mountains of influence. We are learning the value of aligning these key leaders on each mountain.

4. The Kingdom of God is expanding in all spheres of society. As we enter the time of the last days, we see society is greatly influenced by seven key areas of life--religion, family, government, business, arts / entertainment, and media. To effectively reach the whole world with the gospel of the kingdom we must develop kingdom motivated and kingdom minded leaders which will lead in their sphere, or mountain of influence.

1. Apostolic Alignment is biblical and essential. It is important to know who you are connected with to do kingdom ministry. God established twelve unique tribes of Israel to advance as the people of God in their day. The twelve apostles all had uniquely different personalities and strengths. In both situations they were all called to work in unity connecting their diversity to advance God’s work. Today God is calling ministers and ministries to align. It is important to align with your tribe. This means having a similar kingdom view and purpose which is demonstrated through their apostle and the network he / she leads. Being correctly aligned creates synergy and multiplies spiritual authority. When being invited into an apostolic network one must prayerfully decide if they fit with both the apostle and the members of the network in doctrinal beliefs and practice.

2. Multiple alignments for kingdom advancement on multiple levels. When God had the nation of Israel advance they aligned with their tribes and next the tribes aligned in specific groups of three. This is how they always went into battle. In former seasons in the Church one would have to choose and keep only one alignment. Today, different apostolic networks see the value of multiple alignments which are equally beneficial. The best way to describe this is there are various assignments for alignment, callings of networks and spheres of spiritual authority for networks. Today’s apostles see the value of interdependence over independence. Some people may be commissioned in more than one network. If this is the case, the commissioning apostles should know openly about the dual alignment and agree that the relationship is truly beneficial for all.

3. Align to serve and become accountable. When a person is commissioned they are agreeing to partner with the vision and mission of the apostle and the network. Attending when you are called to gather, praying for your leaders and co-laborers, and financially supporting the vision should all be regularly practiced when one accepts commissioning into the apostolic network.

4. Accepting alignment means you are willing to be held accountable for conduct. Those who are recognized as leaders in a public way must be willing to be held to a biblical standard of conduct for leaders. When one aligns they accept that there is someone who is able to responsibly speak into their life and hold them accountable. They are to demonstrate spiritual maturity in personal conduct and have healthy relationships with others both inside and outside the family of God. Agreeing to disagree is not enough. We are called to live in harmony with one another.

5. Responsibilities of membership in ASCEND International. Those who accept alignment into our apostolic network agree to the following requests…

a. Fill out the membership application for commissioning as either the marketplace or minister / ministries.

b. You acknowledge that you have developed your ministry or business governmental structure in compliance with the laws of the land.

c. You acknowledge that you have an accountability structure in place for you and your ministry which comes before this apostolic alignment.

d. You are not joining this alignment to gain notoriety, bookings or other advancements which only God can provide for you.

e. Willingness to live a life to advance the Kingdom of God through conduct and strategies as a leader.

f. Willingness to pray for your apostle and those who are aligned with you in the network.

g. Willingness to promote unity through protecting relationships within the network.

h. Willingness to prioritize and attend training opportunities, prayer gatherings and the annual conference on your monthly calendar.

i. Willingness to financially support ASCEND International in a way that demonstrates honor to our relationship. We ask each member to sow financial seeds into our network which you believe honor the relationship we have and the work we are doing to advance the kingdom. The greater the value, the greater the gift. Your financial partnership helps ASCEND support orphans, plant churches and micro-businesses, train leaders, and develop ministers and ministries to advance the kingdom.
