This is the handle of Amber’s water bottle. It is clearly a parabola, and
can be shown by the equation of f(x)= -0.32*x^2-0.11-x--2.59

This is the only picture we have of the parabolic painting.

This is a painting at the Albuquerque Museum of Art in the lobby. This is a
parabola and the equation can be shown by f(x)=-0.08*x^2-0.11*x—3.

This is a picture of a fountain also outside of the Albuquerque Museum of art. It is an
absolute value made with two straight poles shown by the equation f(x)= IxI*-
3.23+0.23*0.27*x

This is a picture of the National Museum of Art in D.C. and the arch is a absolute
value. The equation can be shown by the equation f(x)=-0.24 * IxI * 10.34.

The Long John Silver hat perfectly showed a sine
function. Unfortunately Lauren’s phone deleted all of
our original pictures.

This is a hat from Long John Silvers and it represents the sin curve. This sin curve can
be represented by the equation f(x)=0.94+2.21*sin(22.39*(x-4.92))
