Bates has been wor-king for Outokumpu

and its predecessors for his entire career, working in, for example, supply chain management and busi-ness management. For the last three years, he has been responsible for supply chain management, including procurement and logistics.

Gaggl (M.Sc.) is the Supply Chain Dire-

ctor of Fiskars Group. He has been working for Fiskars since 2011. Pre-viously he has worked, for example, for Elcoteq in several management positions in Finland, Hungary and Estonia.

TERHI LUOMALAHR Director, Inex Partners Luomala has worked as the HR Director

at Inex Partners Oy, the logistics company for S Group, since 2007. Previously, she has worked in HR and labor market positions. Recently, Inex Partners has introduced a new automated grocery logistics center.

Juhantila has exten-sive experience in managing and consulting for both industry and public administration, procurement, and logistics in several organizations such as Nokia, Cargotec, Cencorp, UPM and the Finnish Navy.

Strahmann has extensive and versatile experience in global forwarding and logistics projects. He has been working for deugro Group for about 25 years. At deugro Group, he oversees about 70 offices in 40 countries.

Soini was appointed Director General of

Business Finland, having worked as the Director General of Tekes – the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation. Before his career at Tekes, Soini was leading the business development unit at Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN).

Schulz has been working for Outotec since 2011. In his current role, he is responsible for the performance of Outotec's supply chains in Germany, overseeing local procurement and logistics mana-gers. He has extensive experience in developing the company's logistics.

Stubb has been the Vice-President of the European Investment Bank since August 2017. Earlier, he has worked as the Finnish Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister for Trade and Europe, and Member of the European Parliament.
