CASE NO. 649F Consider a request of Brister Design Grouprepresenting Alex Whittington, owner, for thesignificance review of the existing mainstructure and compatibility review of theproposed replacement structure located at 225E. Oakview under Demolition Review OrdinanceNo. 1860 in order to demolish 100% of theexisting main structure and construct a newsingle family residence with detachedaccessory structure.
