    MissionThe mission of the ASBPAC is to promote candi-dates who have a proven track record of sharingour commitment to inclusion in policy making andeconomic development in underserved communi-ties.

    What We DoASBPAC is a public policy advocate for Alabamassmall business owners and underserved communi-ties. We provide support to candidates through ourendorsement process. Candidates that we haveendorsed will receive in-kind and/or financial con-tributions from the organization and its members.

    Member DrivenASBPAC members participate in interviewing pro-spective candidates and in determining which oneswill receive our coveted endorsement. Membersare also encouraged to attend and participate inpolitical organizations and activities regardless oftheir political affiliation. Prior to activity within anyelection the Chairman will call a meeting to inter-view candidates and discuss how their values co-incide with the ASBPAC mission. Once candidates

    are selected the executive committee (chairman,treasurer, and secretary) will meet to allocate theorganizations resources in a way that promotesorganizations overall mission. Membership in

    ASBPAC is by invitation only.
