Scenario  Congratula;ons!  A  mysterious  benefactor  has  selected  your  library  as  his  or  her  pet  project  to  fund.  You  will  be  given  $100,000  with  very  few  strings  a_ached.  Your  funder  asks  only:    •  that  you  come  up  with  something  new  to  offer  your  

community  that  fills  some  need  they  have;    •  that  however  you  use  the  money,  the  materials  that  support  

your  project  are  mostly  long-­‐las;ng  and  reusable  and  that  your  project  itself  is  not  a  one;me  event,  but  something  that  can  be  repeated  mul;ple  ;mes  or  becomes  a  regular  library  service;
