I take the opportunity on the occasion of New Year to express my sincere thanks to you all for your efforts and dedications throughout 2009.

Last year was very economically challenging in Bahrain because of global financial crisis. I’m lookingwith optimism, hopes and prosper future on the New Year to bring more prosperity to the Organization and those running it.

I invite the readers of Intilaqa to learn the most important achievements, news and social events of the group that took place in the last three months.

As part of their celebrations for the Holy Month of Ramadan, Zayani Motors the exclusive dealers of Mitsubishi in the Kingdom hosted an evening get-together on Thursday 10th September, 2009 for the owners of Mitsubishi Evolution.

The Hyundai brand continues its upward march by ranking 69th, up three notches from 2008, in the 2009 Best Global Brands survey jointly conducted by Interbrand, a leading consultancy in branding, and BusinessWeek, the New York-based global business media organization.

Hyundai’s performance in the Global Brands Survey is commendable, especially in the context of the current recession. While the average brand value for automotive industries declined by 7.4 percent amid the global economic downturn, Hyundai saw a milder decline of 5 percent at US$4.6 billion, the least drop among automobile companies.

On November 4th, Euro Motors organized a Ferrari Social Event at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, for all Ferrari Owners and prospects.The invitation was set for 7:00 pm with an opening for free test drive starting from 5:00 pm. After a welcoming speech, Mr. Zayed R. Al Zayani presented a trophy to Mr. Salah Al Sayed for his dedication and support on the Ferrari and Maserati brands through the past years.
