• DESIGNING OF MACHINE: We ensure that on basis of test report of source water our machinemust be designed in a manner to provide a recovery of purified water from 70% - 90% which inreturn save a lot on our power consumption and our national asset WATER.

• POWER SOURCE: we have machine designs which run completely on GREEN technology i.e.SOLAR POWER BACKUP, which in return saves a lot on our power bill and cuts down the cost.

• E-ATM: Seeing the limitation of users to approach by themselves to stationary water ATMKIOSK, we have designed E-ATM built upon E-rickshaw which acts as a mobile ATM and reachmasses easily that will return generate volumes of consumption and REVENUE.

• CENTRAL MONITORING SYSTEM: This built over MICROSOFT NAVISON ERP to monitor eachactivity of unit from water processing, its quality, dispensing onto each users, location ofdistribution vehicles etc. every activity on real time basis. The complete operation of ERP forunit operators and distribution staff is done through ANOROID APP which helps them forcomplete automation and registering activity in account of each user through UNIQUE RFIDCARD read by this APP.

• MOBILE TEST VAN: This van will have in house facility to check raw water on variousparameters and this will tighten our QC checks for our units with regular interval checkups andsecondly it will provide the test for local users on request so that AWARENESS about waterQUALITY is spread and known to users.

THESE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF OURS, HELP US TO ACHIEVE LOW COST OPERATIONS, BUT STILL VERY EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF PRODUCT TO END USER.

Question of Self Sustainability

SOLUTION

• Surveys will be done to identify the villages which are having water but thequality of water is not consumable.

• Water sample is collected from the source of water where the unit isproposed to be erected and tested for 21 different parameters which arerequired to design the customized machine configuration for higher recoveryof purified water ranging from 70% to 90%.

• During the designing of the Solar Powered Unit it is insured that the powerconsumption is taken care of through solar power backup.

• Installation of machine is done in accordance with the design finalized by ourwater technologist along with Water ATM for dispensing of water from theunit.

• Rejected water sampling is done and treatment chemical and protocol isdecided for the settling unit by our water technologist and the same isimplemented at site before disposal of rejected water for proper balancing ofthe eco system.

• LCU panel for remote access to the filtration machine & Water ATM formonitoring the water dispensing is configured with the Central MonitoringSystem (CMS).

• E-Water ATM and Mobile Water ATM is attached to the unit and configuredwith the Central Monitoring System (CMS).

AkshayJal TM solar equipped container booth is uniquely

designed to achieve water distribution in the most

convenient way.

The complete unit is designed inside the cargo container.

This container will have machine , water tanks, all electrical setup, roof top solar panels, Water ATM, LCD screen (for displaying government schemes).

This container shall act as a PLUG N PLAY module and just to be connected with water supply/power source to start functioning instantly.

This setup can support effective installation of multiple units in a short span of time.

AkshayJal TM e Water ATM is uniquely designed to achieve

water distribution in the most convenient way.

This e-ATM is built upon an e-Rickshaw giving the much required mobility to water ATM in the most cost effective manner.

This e-ATM can carry up to maximum 800 liters of Pure Water in one single trip.

This E-ATM will also have Water ATM installed for dispensing of water.

UV filter will be provided just before dispending from ATM.

Solar panel will be installed on the roof for providing power to the battery used in Rickshaw as well as ATM.

This e-ATM will be configured directly with CMS for its location on GPS, water dispensing to each user.
