Greetings from NTU! We would like to inform you of some important information regarding the

airport pick-up service:

Double-Check Your Flight Schedule Before You Leave

Please check your flight schedule with the airline company before your departure in case the

flight is cancelled or re-scheduled.

Arrival Procedures & Regulations

Please visit the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport website at

http://www.taoyuan-airport.com/english/Index/ and make sure you have prepared the

essential documents for arrival:

( 1 ) Passport

( 2 ) Customs Declaration Form

( 3 ) Passengers of foreign nationality: visa, flight ticket, disembarkation form

Details regarding the arrival procedure can also be found on the website. Please feel free to

double check and have all the items ready.

Meeting

Terminal 1 arrival

For students arriving at Terminal 1, please visit the meeting point after taking your baggage.

NTU representatives will be waiting for you at the Arrival Hall.

1. Meeting Point:

Once you go through customs, you will exit a gate and enter the Arrival Hall. The

NTU representatives in RED shirts will be waiting with a sign saying “National Taiwan

University”. (Please refer to the following pictures.)

2. Tourist Service Center:

If you are unable to find any NTU representatives, please find the Tourist Service

Center and ask if they could make a public announcement for you and have the NTU

representative come to the center to meet you.

3. Money Exchange and Phone Services:

At Terminal 1, there is a branch of Taiwan Bank where you can exchange your

money (Money Exchange Service: 5:30am-9:30pm). We highly recommend you to

purchase your cell phone plans at the Cellular Service Center (8:30am-5:30pm) in the

airport.

Terminal 2 arrival

For students arriving at Terminal 2, please visit the meeting point after taking your baggage.

Representatives from NTU will be waiting for you at the Arrival Greeting Lobby.

1. Meeting Point: (South meeting point)

Once you go through customs, you will exit a gate and enter the Arrival Greeting

Lobby. Please turn left when you walk into the lobby. The NTU representatives in RED

shirts will be waiting at the place which is circled below with a sign saying “National

Taiwan University”. (The pictures of T-shirts and the sign are in the first point of Terminal

1 arrival part.)

2. Tourist Service Center:

If you are unable to meet the NTU representatives, please find the Tourist Service

Center and ask if they could make a public announcement for you and have the NTU

representative come to the center to meet you.

3. Money Exchange and Phone Services:

At Terminal 2, there are a branch of Mega Bank as well as a branch of Taiwan Bank

where you can exchange your money (Money Exchange Service: 5:30am-9:30pm). We

highly recommend you to purchase your cell phone plans at the Cellular Service Center

(8:30am-5:30pm). If you will not arrive during service hours, you may ask your NTU

student advisor to help you find these services near NTU campus.

Other

The NTU airport pick-up service is subject to cancellation in the case of a natural disaster.
