Risk / Mitigations
• Risks: Find something different about the 50 DXF files already received from Daher or on the manufacture process that could produce delay on the time line already given.
• Mitigations: Prepare Files samples for a run test on Daher site if possible, to clarify all the doubts and get the correct information.

Generic BOM
Open Issues• Support materials (i.e. tapes, hook and loops) can only
be estimated on initial GBOM, recommended to create estimated additional support materials definition as a separate kit for each sub-section
Risks/Mitigations• Material quantities for templates (blanket type) will be
estimated therefore actual usage may need to be adjusted in MRP for inventory control purposes
• BOM’s and Routings will have to be redefined and entered into BaaN system for Def. 4 blankets

International Import/Export Material
Plan Overview TIS must have for the upcoming events a very solid Logistic process in place to succeed. As part of the Logistic process there is a process that needs to be address to avoid
problems in customs such as China, US, France and Germany. It is also important to have all compulsory activities in place to avoid future fines and to
be able to be in compliance. At the same time to reduce the duties and taxes that can cause an extreme burden to
our profit resulting in a major compromise to the P&L.
Team MembersRico Want TIS Kamex Customs Specialist
Olga Reyes Logistic Mgr TIS PlacasSalvador Ocampo Customs Spv. TIS Placas
Tools Log Book in China is manually update however there are systems in place that can
control de in and out of raw material thus log book is updated. Daher-Socata customs control will be defined, all other tools are available.

International Import/Export Material
Open Issues• P-BOM defined to be able to apply accordingly to Chinese customs log book• LTA with WW logistics company, ALCL , DHL, Expeditors and Kuhne and Nagel are in the quoting process.• Returnable packaging in quoting process.• Pay Duties and taxes to Chinese customs in advance for upcoming import activities
Risks• Delays at customs in China• Miscalculation of raw material in P-BOM that will cause fines in China.• Delays at EU customs due to documentation and incorrect declaration of information (i.e. material
content, quantities, tariff codes etc.
Mitigations• Log Book requested to Chinese customs with increased assumptions• Use actual import power force from Daher-Socata
Help Needed• Define P-BOM to be able to apply correctly the log book
