. s.Established in 1990, MANDÍK, a. s. is
a Czech, family owned company. At present it is one of the most significant manufacturers of air-handling and fire fighting components, air handling units and industrial heating systems.
The company wins recognition on the European market above all by its focus on high quality, flexibility and services to support the delivered products. The current level of the company‘s techni-cal ability is documented by supplies for subways, tunnels and nuclear power plants in many European countries.
The company observes the rules of quality management according to ISO 9001, KTA 1401, 10CFR APP10, and is a member of RLT, the German association of air-handling equipment manufacturers. The company has all the required certificates according to Euro-pean standards, and has been certified by Eurovent, TUV SUD Industrie Service GmbH according to EN 1886.
In addition to the domestic market, the sales activities of MANDÍK, a. s. also cover a number of other Europe-an countries, where its products are delivered in collaboration with our for-eign partners.
At everyday work the company places emphasis on environment protection and occupational safety. tion Use and working conditions
MANDÍK air handling units of M series (square cross sec-tion) and P series (rectangular cross section) are intend-ed for distribution and conditioning of air in heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Mechanical im-purities and gaseous foreign matters, which could cause
clogging of built-in elements or corrosion of materials the unit is made from must be separated from the air handled by the unit. The units are designed for non-ex-plosive environment with temperatures around the unit from –30 °C to +40 °C.
Air handling unit variantsThe Mandík air handling units can be designed in various versions. It is possible to select surface finish of the in-ternal and external side of the panels (galvanized steel sheet, stainless steel sheet and powder coated panels). Powder coating is performed in own powder paint shop and brings great advantage of corrosion protection of shear surfaces of the steel sheet after cutting. Indoor version of the unit sections is designed for installation in closed machine rooms.
Outdoor version of the unit sections is de-signed for installation in outdoor room. The units can also be designed in hygienic ver-sion. The Mandík air handling units of hygien-ic version have been certified by the National Institute of Public Health. Air handling units Mandík can be designed in different “energy efficiency classes” and marked with official label of RLT-association, determining the “energy efficiency class”.

Mandík Air handling units were tested in TÜV Süd Munich and certified by Eurovent. Designing program for Air handling units Mandík is called AHUman. AHUman was certified as approved tool as well.Certified parameters of Mandík´s modular Air handling units are: D1, L1, F9, TB2, T3.

k Compact air handling units MANDÍK are intended for air ventilation systems in residential and non-residen-tial buildings. The units are equipped with heat recov-ery exchanger, air heater and also possibility for mix-ing of exhaust/fresh air. The air temperature might be adjusted by mixing (recirculating) damper. The range consists of the units with air volume from the size 500 m3/h up to size 6800 m3/h. The compact units are fabri-cated in “plug & play“ design, including fully automatic control system.
