General MC ResponsibilitiesEach MCVP has the following responsibilities as a part of her role:

• Create and implement National Strategy and Direction (Adapt and deliver global and GN strategies in FA to the National level)• Ensure the implementation of FA processes in the LCs through leading LCVP team (coaching, education, functional meetings, conference cycle etc.)• Ensure the systematic knowledge management of functional area and its transitioning (through myaiesec.net etc.)• Participate in MC meetings and team days• Manage national conferences and events (each MCVP will have role of conference/agenda manager)• Prepare and run transition• Participate and contribute to the Global FA Network• Coordinate, support and track NST of FA

Role of MCP The main role of Member Committee President (MCP) is to facilitate the process of setting direction of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan by defining the relevant products for our market and developing right strategy for its growth. MCP is responsible for strategic development, relevance and competitiveness of the organization in short and long term. As a leader and coach of the Member Committee (MC) team, the MCP is responsible for the development of national strategies and country direction, maintaining operations and coordinating/tracking the activities and projects of the MC and Local Commitees (LCs).

Role of MCP is to empower, guide and involve members (strong emphasize on LCPs) and demonstrate alignment with our organizational goals and values. The President presents Member Committee and AIESEC Kyrgyzstan at global and national external events to enhance the credibility of AIESEC and contact with business society, government and youth. The MCP is responsible to carry out the decisions of the national, regional and global legislative meetings. President is the ultimate decision maker of the Member Committee. MCP together with the MC Finance Responsible is responsible for the financial control of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan.

Strategy and direction ‣ Ensure continius progress of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan towards AIESEC 2015 vision and goals‣ Align strategy for the term with 2015 direction

National Planning ‣ Develop National strategy based on direction of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan relevat in our reality and external environment‣ Ensure development of strategic plans by each MCVP and alignment with the common National Strategy‣ Track execution of National Strategy on MC and LC levels‣ Adapt and implement Global and GN strategies to the National Level‣ Plan and track execution of the National budget

Role and Responsibilities of MCVP OGX The main role of MCVP Outgoing Exchange (OGX) is to run and evolve all processes associated with Outgoing Exchange. MCVP creates strategic development and esnure sustainable development of both products, related to Outgoing Exchange - oGCDP and oGIP. MCVP coaches LCVPs of FA and drive growth of the program. Role includes tracking and evaluation of processes and operations on national and local levels. Main responsibilities of OGX are following: pipeline management, supply and demand

management, strategic development of FA, C2C partnerships and management of FA’s LCVPs team.

Role and Responsibilities of MCVP TM The main role of MCVP Talent Management (TM) is to ensure high quality AIESEC Experiences in Team Members and Team Leader Programmes to support growth of Exchange. MCVP TM is responsible for development of Talent Management and related processes and assit with implementation of them on local level. The main result is to create and deliver great experiences (XPs) in TM and TL programmes and number of T+X XPs.

Role and Responsibilities of MCVP Comm & PR The main role of MCVP Communications and Public Relations (Comm&PR) is to support growth of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan by proper external and internal communication through difference channels. Role includes providing clear uderstanding of AIESEC to our stakeholders and ensuring that AIESEC is being recognized as Leadership and Exchange Opportunities for young people. MCVP Comm and PR is responsible for management of national promotion strategy for recruitments. Role includes proper internal communicaton, promotion of National projects and events as well as managing media appearances on national level and promotion of AIESEC Kyrgyzstan on local and global levels.

MCVP BD develops national product portfolio and assist LCs to develop sales departments by providing all necessary knowledge and trainings. VP BD is responsible for quality selling of all AIESEC Kyrgyzstan products. Role includes managing National Sales Department with MCVP ICX.

FAQs:1. What is MC?Member Committee is Top Executive Board of AIESEC country. There is only AIESEC International higher than MC. MC is responsible for national strategy creation, implementation and delivery; country development plan; LC coaching; preparing and facilitating national conferences. Find more on page 3 - General responsibilities of MC.2. What are the differences between MC and LC?MC works on national level and LC on local. MC is responsible for strategic development and LCs are the ones who do operations and run processes according to national strategy. 3. What is MC doing in the office? In the office MC team works on creating strategies and plans, tracking and evaluating current states of products, creating new initiatives, which will ensure growth of ELD programmes. Find more in individual JDs of MC members.4. Does current MC work full time or part time?Current MC team 13/14 is working part time as VPs are full time students. MC works 6 days per week. Working time in the office mainly lasts from afternoon (2-3pm) to the late evening (10 pm). In urgent cases, MC works from the morning to the late night, including Sundays.5. Does AIESEC cover participation in international conferences?AIESEC doesn’t cover fees or ticket costs for any international conferences, except of International Congress, which is the most important conference in AIESEC world. MC budget may cover up to 30% of the IC fee (depends on current financial state). 6. Why doesn’t MC come to LCMs?LCM is Local Committee meeting, when all members of this Local Committee gather together to get main updates of LC, listen to the reports, run different activities and spend some quality time together. MC as different body from LC level does not need to come to LCMs, but sometimes MCVPs can attend to present news from MC or deliver training.7. Why don’t MCVPs work with all members?MCVPs are working with their LCVPs and LCVPs by-turn work with members of their LCs. It comes from the JD, capacity and structure management as MC Executive Board is mainly working with LC Executive Board. There are special trainings and meetings when MC members have touch points with all members.8. How to become MC?Member Committee President and Vice-Presidents are elected on National Conference in the middle of January. To run for MC, candidates has to be Full Member of AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan, who were or are currently on the official position in AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan (OCP, LCEB, National Team members).
